Returns

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

2. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@lastflashsale.shop.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
